30" Round Butcher Block Kitchen Cart

Nearly three feet of butcher block bliss... The 30" Round Butcher Block Kitchen Cart features a gorgeous two-inch thick work surface made of premium end-grain rubber wood. Food preparation tasks are quick and convenient with the smart "Chop and Drop" system designed for sanitary food handling and easy clean-up. A beveled juice groove lines one half of the butcher block, directing liquids toward a stainless steel chef pan positioned beneath a cut-out in the center of the work surface. Together, the cut-out and large chef pan (12" round x 4.5" deep) allow for quick storage of prepped meats and vegetables, or easy disposal of trimmings and waste. A large trash ring, designed to hold a plastic grocery bag or kitchen trash bag, can alternately be positioned under the cut-out with the chef pan moved to the side. (You can also position the chef pan beneath the cut-out with the trash ring off to the side, or use just one at a time.)

The frame is constructed of 2.5-inch zinc-plated tubular steel legs mounted on four-inch commercial-grade locking casters. Two fixed wire shelves with sturdy rims provide ample space for securely storing fresh ingredients, stock pots, or mixing bowls with easy access. Three sturdy metal bars and nine fixed "S" hooks provide plenty of places for hanging towels, utensils, pot holders, or sauté pans within easy reach.
