A stainless steel chef pan fits snugly beneath the cut-out, allowing you to quickly store prepped meats and vegetables, or easily dispose of trimmings and waste. A wire trash ring, designed to hold a plastic grocery bag or kitchen trash bag, can alternately be positioned under the cut-out. When your food preparation task is complete, simply remove the plastic bag and dispose of it.

The frame is constructed of zinc-plated bent steel legs mounted on three-inch commercial-grade casters (two locking). Two stationary wire shelves provide space for storing fresh ingredients, measuring cups, or mixing bowls within easy reach. The bottom shelf also includes a beverage holder. A removable wire rack fits conveniently into the oversized towel bar to hold your favorite spices, oils, and condiments close by. A handy drawer makes room for utensils and knives, and four fixed "S" hooks provide extra spaces for hanging towels, pot holders, and other kitchen gadgets right where you need them.
