It features a 1-3/4 inch thick 100% solid hard maple work surface and a food service grade stainless steel base. The work surface provides ample work space, and at 36 inches it is the ideal height for food preparation tasks. It features a natural oil finish that seals and protects the wood. The stainless steel base includes an adjustable stainless steel storage shelf, perfect for stowing large kitchen items and appliances, and one 20 by 15 inch stainless drawer (optional) with roller bearing slides. The Cucina Grandioso also comes with an optional stainless steel pot rack with 15 pot hooks for hanging pots, pans and utensils close at hand. The pot rack adds an additional 48 inches to the work center, for an overall height of 84 inches. Optional locking caster wheels let you move the work center with ease and keep it securely in place when positioned.
