The Grand Kitchen Island Workcenter features a top surface that is a full two inches thick. (Its rounded corners are a nice touch, and its oil finish is food-safe.) Its width is enlarged by 10 inches when the hefty drop leaf is locked up (optional). A 10-inch-deep drawer rests on heavy-duty supports. The sturdy slatted shelf is perfect for stowing cast iron pots or other bulky, heavy kitchen necessities. Three chrome-finish towel bars provide extra functionality and a stylish design accent. The Grand Kitchen Island Workcenter sits on four caster wheels, two of which lock, so you can move it easily and keep it securely in place when positioned.
